OUR STORY

Reaching the milestone age of 50 can cause people to feel dread and ask questions such as, “Have we surpassed our peak, our best, our prime?”

When ESPN College GameDay Analyst, Super Bowl XXXI MVP and Heisman Trophy Winner Desmond Howard reached 50, he had an “ah-ha” moment. Instead of feeling bleak, he felt mentally and physically at the top of his game. The epiphany caused him to reevaluate and recalculate what the “prime of his life” meant. It wasn’t game over, it was game on.

Today, he wants others to embrace their age as a valuable number. A number comprised of precious wins and losses on and off the field.

“You can be a conqueror in every season of life,” the ESPN College GameDay Analyst, Super Bowl XXXI MVP and former Heisman Trophy Winner stated.

In 2020, Desmond set out to help all men and women who are seeking to transform themselves physically and mentally or those that are struggling to maintain their youthfulness at middle age. He launched 21 AT 50 (#21AT50), a health, wellness and fitness company whose moniker combined his collegiate football playing number with his age.

As a lifestyle company, 21 AT 50 recognizes that each person is designed uniquely, intricately and beautifully. They adopted a holistic approach to deliver nutritional resources to renew and restore health to the body; holistic and enriching wellness approaches to improve the mind and spirit; and innovative and fun fitness tactics to revolutionize the body.

Join 21 AT 50 on Twitter, @21AT50, and Instagram, @21AT50 to find encouraging, educational and practical inspiration in order to live a more complete and sustainable lifestyle.
